1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using roofcheck.us (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About RoofCheck

RoofCheck is a free online tool that generates estimated roof health reports based on publicly available data (including NOAA storm records, satellite imagery, and property records) combined with information you provide. RoofCheck is an independent reporting service and is not affiliated with any roofing contractor, insurance company, or government agency.

3. Not a Professional Inspection

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: The reports generated by RoofCheck are estimates only and do not constitute a professional roof inspection, engineering assessment, or any form of professional advice.

Results are based on limited publicly available data and your self-reported answers.
A RoofCheck report is not a substitute for an in-person inspection by a licensed roofing contractor.
You should not make financial, insurance, or construction decisions based solely on a RoofCheck report.
Actual roof conditions may differ significantly from our estimates.

4. No Warranty

THE SITE AND ALL REPORTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR REPORTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR UP TO DATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROOFCHECK AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY REPORT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROPERTY DAMAGE, FINANCIAL LOSS, OR PERSONAL INJURY.

Attempt to access or disrupt our systems
Scrape or reproduce reports for commercial purposes without written consent
